Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
Electrosoft Inc is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for the full life cycle recruitment of cleared and uncleared billable full-time IT positions. This role involves building relationships with program management, business development, and human resources. The ideal candidate will use independent judgment, and creative and analytical problem-solving abilities to succeed. The chosen candidate will have a proven track record in Information Technology government contracting recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruitment for billable positions, primarily in the areas of cybersecurity compliance and operations, identity credential and access management, enterprise IT modernization & optimization, and software solutions development & sustainment
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and initiating the offer letter.
- Lead the upfront involvement with hiring manager to fully understand the role, and understand knowledge, skills and ability requirements
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Work with managers and other team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and ensure practices follow HR regulatory compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Source passive candidates using selective postings, boards, professional networks and other recruiting resources
Qualifications:
- At least 8-10 years of proven experience in full life cycle, government contract recruitment, within the Department of Defense or Federal Civilian government agencies.
- The ideal candidate will have experience identifying and closing candidates across all levels of the talent spectrum and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record of full life cycle recruiting as a talent acquisition professional and possess strong collaboration skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.
- Experience working within prime and sub-contracting positions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Ability to multi-task; organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
- Bachelor's degree desired/preferred.
