We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service orientation.
This full-time position will be required to work Saturdays.

Conduct property tours with potential tenants and provide information on available units

Process lease applications and renewals

Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize rental income

Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants and units

Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or inperson

Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion

Assist in legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Proven experience in sales or customer service roles

Familiarity with property management software (Entrata) is a plus

Knowledge of Section 8 housing regulations is advantageous

Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Experience in property management or related field is beneficial
