As a small but rapidly growing office, we’re searching for the right person to function as both a
hands-on Medical Assistant and a team leader — someone who takes pride in delivering
exceptional patient experiences and keeping day-to-day operations on track.
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality clinical support including patient intake, vitals, assisting with
procedures, documentation, follow-ups, and more
Serve as the right hand to the physician, helping optimize time, flow, and
communication
Oversee and manage daily operations — from scheduling and inventory to workflow
optimization and compliance
Lead by example and support a small team to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-
centered service
Be the go-to for troubleshooting, problem solving, and continuous improvement
Communicate with vendors, labs, and outside partners as needed
Help implement systems and processes that set the foundation for future growth
What We’re Looking For:
(MA certification preferred)
Proven ability to take initiative and lead with confidence, professionalism, and positivity
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with EMR systems and office coordination
Comfortable wearing many hats and adapting as the practice grows
A team player who’s passionate about wellness, patient care, and creating a supportive,
