Five Star Truck & Auto Repair is growing, and we’re looking for a true professional to help lead the front counter. This is a rare opportunity to join a developing high-ticket independent shop early, make a real impact, and grow alongside ownership.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell honestly, communicate clearly, keep customers happy, and keep the shop moving efficiently. Candidates must have a minimum of eight (8) years of direct Service Advisor/Service Writer experience. General automotive industry experience does not qualify toward this requirement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Greet customers and manage vehicle check-ins

Build estimates and repair orders

Recommend needed maintenance and repairs

Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process

Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email

Secure approvals and close sales professionally

Schedule appointments and manage workflow

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
-
Minimum 8 years of automotive Service Advisor experience
-
Fluent Spanish speaking skills REQUIRED
-
Strong sales and estimating ability
-
Experience in independent or dealership environments
-
Comfortable using shop management software
-
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
-
Organized, professional, and dependable
-
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience:

Tekmetric experience
-
ASE certifications or additional training
-
Leadership or lead advisor background

Five Star Truck & Auto Repair is a growing independent repair facility focused on building something long-term. We currently operate with a tight-knit team, high-ticket repair orders, and a strong commitment to improving and expanding the business.
