We're a tight-knit team of nerds, adventurers, critical thinkers, community-builders, and creative problem-solvers who are passionate about sharing our love of climbing. We come from ALL walks of life (from teaching to art to finance, from service industry to retail to law, and everything in between), and we know that it's our diversity and unique experiences that make our team great.
We have banded together on a simple mission: TO TAKE OVER THE W- just kidding. To build a community of climbers dedicated to sharing the passion and rewards that this unique and wonderful sport can bring.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide exceptional customer service for every person who walks through our door or gives us a call.
- Guide customers through the entire climbing experience, from identifying which services are right for them to teaching the basics of safety.
- Grow our community through membership by identifying when people should join (and save them some major $$$)
- Create and host an exciting and welcoming atmosphere through daily operations.
CLIMBING EXPERIENCE ISN'T A REQUIREMENT TO APPLY.
We mean it. We have been training and certifying climbing professionals for nearly 30 years. We build climbing experts; you don't have to start out as one to apply. Those are skills we will teach you.
