We craft experiences — from intimate candlelit dinners to significant events for thousands. We're looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Junior Event Planner to join our close-knit team and help us deliver unforgettable experiences.
We're looking for someone eager who wants to start their journey in events and catering…switched-on, and ready to roll up their sleeves. This role is part junior planner, part assistant, and it is intentionally designed that way. You'll work side by side with the owner, learning how a high-caliber events business operates from the inside out. The work won't always be glamorous, but the access, experience, and growth you'll gain are unmatched.
If you're passionate about food, hospitality, and beautiful events — and you're the kind of person who gets things done without being asked twice — this could be the opportunity that defines the next chapter of your career.
**We are built on collaboration, creativity, and the kind of energy that only happens when you're in the room together. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the owner in day-to-day operations so they can focus on creative direction and business growth
- Help craft compelling event proposals for incoming leads, translating client needs into polished presentations
- Coordinate logistics across vendors, production, staff, and culinary team
- Maintain organized event files, timelines, budgets, and equipment lists
- Communicate finalized event details to on-site teams — chefs, captains, and producers
- Be fully present and hands-on at events, learning by doing alongside our team
- Assist with relationship management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A genuine passion for food, design, and hospitality, this has to mean something to you
- Knowledge of food, service standards, and event logistics, however you came by it
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you'll be helping write proposals as a large part of your role
- Exceptional organization ability and comfort managing multiple moving parts at once
- Full availability for nights and weekends, events don’t happen 9-5 and neither do we
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Programs and Adobe Programs; any event or CRM software experience is a plus
THE STANDARD WE HOLD OURSELVES TO
We don't wait to be told what needs to be done — we see it and do it. We don't bring problems without solutions. We think three steps ahead so our clients never have to. These aren't just expectations we have of our team — they're standards the owner sets for themselves every single day.
- Be proactive. You notice what needs to happen and you make it happen without being asked twice.
- Solve, don't surface. When something goes sideways, you come with a solution, not just the problem.
- Anticipate. You read the room, understand the priorities, and stay one step ahead so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Show up fully. Events happen on nights and weekends. That's the job, and you're energized by it.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
What matters most is your attitude, your hunger to learn, and your genuine love of this industry. Whether you're coming from catering, hospitality, food & beverage, or a completely different path — we want to hear from you.
