Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R systems: air handlers, gas furnaces, heat pumps, dehumidifiers, water source equipment, high efficiency, communicating inverter driven, and commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other equipment following manufacturer specifications and company requirements
- Inspect systems and their components to evaluate condition and offer recommendations as necessary
- Recognize primary and secondary system failures
- Evaluate systems for electrical, refrigeration, and airflow problems
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in a professional manner

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of HVAC/R experience preferred
- NATE Certification Preferred
- EPA Certification Preferred
- Comfortable working independently or with others as necessary
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills with clients and coworkers alike
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks, and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
