Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain floor care by applying appropriate treatments for carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Ensure sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment; this includes waste disposal and disinfecting high-touch areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining respectful communication.
- Manage janitorial tasks such as replenishing supplies, organizing storage areas, and performing routine custodial maintenance.
- Assist with housekeeping management duties when required, including scheduling cleaning tasks and coordinating with other team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning techniques to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Experience with floor care methods such as carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and tile maintenance.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or hospitality industry standards is a plus.

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
