Join our dynamic White Glove Appliance Delivery and Installation Travel Team, where you'll be the face of exceptional service, delivering and installing high-end appliances directly into customers’ homes across various locations. Duties
- Safely operate box trucks and other delivery vehicles to transport appliances to customer locations.
- Unload appliances carefully, ensuring no damage during transit or installation.
- Install appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more according to manufacturer specifications and schematics.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on appliances.
- Read and interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to facilitate accurate installation and repair processes.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain appliance features, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction throughout the delivery and setup process.
- Assemble appliances when required, ensuring all parts are correctly installed and operational before leaving the site.
- Conduct routine equipment repairs or adjustments on-site to resolve issues promptly during installation or service calls.
- Maintain detailed records of service performed, parts used, and any technical issues encountered during installations or repairs.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while handling heavy appliances and operating tools or equipment in customer homes.
Skills
- Proven experience in appliance repair or field service roles with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical knowledge essential for troubleshooting complex appliances.
- Previous delivery driver experience with box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
- Skilled in assembly tasks involving various appliances with attention to detail for proper setup.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately under time constraints.
- Physical capability to lift heavy appliances safely and perform manual tasks in diverse environments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $960.00 - $1,080.00 per week
