We are seeking a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a fractional basis (a few hours per week to start that can all be done remote, with potential for more as we grow). This role is ideal for someone who has interest in medical devices, healthcare or sales and operations.
This person will be able to review reports and information remotely (anticipated 5-10 hours per week). You will be paid for commute time and mileage.
For those who are working fulltime, please ensure your schedule can accommodate site visits. Notice on client visits may range from 24 hours to several weeks in advance.
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to enter patient rooms for product examination
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
- Help onboard new customers and ensure they are set up for success
- Monitor customer health and proactively assist with engagement and retention
- Maintain and update help center or support documentation
- Provide feedback to the team on common customer issues and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM, help desk, and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
