Unified Home Solutions LLC is hiring an experienced Licensed HVAC Technician in Stamford, CT. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, can confidently troubleshoot in the field, and wants to grow with a company that values its people.
In this role, you’ll install, diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments. You’ll be trusted to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work while representing our team with professionalism and integrity.

Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including AC units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and ventilation equipment

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools

Perform preventive maintenance to improve system efficiency and extend equipment life

Repair or replace components, piping, fittings, drains, and related mechanical parts

Use testing tools and equipment, including electrical meters and welding tools when needed

Troubleshoot advanced HVAC/R and refrigeration issues

Maintain accurate service records, job notes, and repair documentation

Provide professional, courteous service with a strong safety-first mindset

Experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar field-based mechanical role

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and equipment repair

Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and service manuals

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and HVAC/R diagnostics

Experience with boilers, refrigeration systems, and general mechanical service work

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

CDL is a plus

Commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R experience preferred
