Scrantons Thruway Builders Supply is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in our Masonry Division. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a strong knowledge of masonry products and the ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and homeowners.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide product recommendations based on project specifications.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate product selection.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project needs and offer expert guidance.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and bids.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- CRM Utilization to Track and Document Opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 Years in outside sales, preferably in masonry or construction materials.
- Strong knowledge of masonry products, including block, brick, stone, mortar, and related supplies.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
- Ability to travel to job sites, off-site training, and vendor locations as needed. (50%-mostly local)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
