We are seeking experienced Floor Managers for two highly respected, chef-owned fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles. Both restaurants are well established, nationally recognized, and known for exceptional food, polished service, and—most importantly—genuine hospitality.
These are hands-on leadership positions for managers who believe that nothing is beneath them when it comes to taking care of the guest. Whether that means pre-bussing a table, running food or drinks, helping at the host stand, or jumping in wherever the team needs support, you lead from the floor and by example.
Both positions require strong restaurant management experience, including scheduling, ordering, inventory assistance, and the administrative responsibilities that come with running a successful operation.
– Fine Dining | Events & Beverage Focus
This restaurant has a significant focus on upscale in-house catering and special events, making previous events experience a major plus. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented manager who can confidently lead a large team while remaining calm and composed in a high-pressure environment.
A strong understanding of bar and beverage operations is also important for this position. You should be comfortable managing the details while maintaining an active presence on the floor and delivering a consistently elevated guest experience.
Compensation: Up to $90,000 base salary + benefits + bonus

This restaurant operates at a higher volume while maintaining a polished, highly attentive level of service. The Floor Manager is expected to be on the floor throughout service, ensuring that every guest’s expectations are not only met but exceeded.
The restaurant is often a destination for special occasions—birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and memorable nights out. Ownership takes great pride in creating an experience that guests remember long after they leave, so a genuine passion for hospitality is essential.
The company is also preparing to open a second upscale-casual restaurant, creating meaningful opportunities for growth for a manager who wants to take on more responsibility as the company expands.
Compensation: Up to $100,000 starting base salary + benefits + bonus
