At Next Day Floors, we're seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven Shop-at-Home Flooring Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This isn’t your typical retail role—you’ll take the showroom to the customer, providing flooring consultations directly in their homes throughout Maryland and the DC Metro area.
This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives on independence, and has a passion for helping homeowners bring their vision to life. We provide all the tools, product samples, and training you need to succeed—your job is to show up with professionalism, empathy, and drive.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In-Home Consultations – Meet clients where they’re most comfortable: at home. Help them choose the right flooring based on their space, style, and budget using curated samples and your expert guidance.
Flexible Schedule Management – You’ll set your own appointments based on customer needs, giving you the ability to shape your workweek and maximize productivity.
Project Coordination – From first walk-through to final installation, manage each step to ensure a seamless and stress-free client experience.
Drive Sales Growth – Build and maintain a robust book of business through referrals, in-home demos, and community networking.
