Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting dining areas for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas in compliance with sanitation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly, including dishwashers and manual handling tools
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene throughout food service operations
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies or large equipment while adhering to safety protocols

Experience
- Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued
- Familiarity with food safety management and sanitation practices is advantageous
