Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash register operations
- Handle cash drawer handling with accuracy, including cash handling and balancing at shift end
- Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and assist with inventory management to ensure store presentation is appealing
- Maintain phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or assisting via phone communication
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills, to connect effectively with customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions
