The Fidelity National Title Builder Services DRE team coordinates with Homebuilder’s and their various consultants to prepare forms, perform related tasks and facilitate the subdivision filings with the Department of Real Estate. We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of DRE Assistant, based in Corona, CA, to support multiple DRE Processors/Coordinators located throughout Southern California.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting multiple offices in a central location
- Effectively coordinating with DRE Processors, builders, and their consultants
- Typing reports, composing letters, and handling correspondence
- Utilizing Microsoft Programs and Adobe Acrobat with minimal skills required
- Efficient multitasking and adaptability to different work styles
- No experience necessary; background in real estate or title/escrow industry preferred but not required
- Career-oriented individuals are preferred for this role
Pay:
Starting at $24.00 per hour; negotiable based on experience level.
