Experienced Bartender
Más is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and work alongside our Beverage Manager in delivering an exceptional cocktail, wine, and dining experience. We're seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in their craft, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare classic and craft cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the Beverage Manager to maintain high bar standards and execute seasonal cocktail menus.
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging service to bar and dining room guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
- Assist with inventory, prep, and daily opening and closing duties.
- Follow all ABC laws, health, and safety standards.
- Support fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, craft cocktail, or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Weekend and evening availability is required.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
