Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification for healthcare providers (no online cards accepted)
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Performing in-home assessments
- Medication set-ups and monitoring
- Vital sign checks
- Basic nursing care, including nail care
- Accurate documentation per care requirements
