What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Communicate repair recommendations and options clearly to customers
- Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and paperwork
- Keep your work vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent Remedy professionally
What We’re Looking For
- HVAC service required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification
- Dependable, punctual and willing to work
