A growing Cleveland-area plumbing and mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Estimator to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and/or mechanical systems and experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Review project plans, specifications, and contracts

Manage project schedules, materials, subcontractors, and documentation

Prepare and track change orders and cost analyses

Attend project meetings and maintain client communication

Coordinate with Field Superintendents, CAD staff, and project teams

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and safety compliance

Maintain organized project records and ensure successful project delivery

Plumbing and/or mechanical construction experience required

Commercial plumbing experience preferred (schools, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, etc.)

Strong understanding of project management from preconstruction through closeout

Knowledge of plumbing systems and plumbing codes preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field is a plus
