Future Energy is growing, and we’re hiring a Canvass Manager Assistant to help support, motivate, and train our Neighborhood Marketing Team in the Sacramento area.
For over 45 years, Future Energy has helped California homeowners improve their homes with Residential Solar, Roofing, HVAC, Windows, and energy-efficient upgrades. What You’ll Do
Help Hire, Train, Motivate and build a canvassing team
Manage daily team activities in residential neighborhoods
Support lead generation efforts by speaking with homeowners
Encourage team performance and maintain positive energy
Represent a trusted local company with professionalism
Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills within the team
