We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN at Vermillion Place, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of the residents.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
- Perform resident assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, resident and family to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Previous experience in an assisted living/healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation practices
- Experience in mild dementia care is a plus
