About the Role
As a Field Service Technician specializing in CNC systems, you will be the primary technical expert responsible for ensuring the peak performance of advanced machining equipment. You will drive customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality installations, preventative maintenance, and complex repairs across a variety of industrial environments.
Responsibilities-
Execute on-site installations, commissioning, and comprehensive preventative maintenance for CNC machining and turning centers.

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system failures to minimize customer downtime.

Provide technical guidance and operational training to clients to optimize their equipment usage.

Manage the full lifecycle of service cases, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting for all projects.

Act as a technical ambassador, maintaining professional communication and building strong relationships with diverse manufacturing teams.

Take full ownership of service outcomes, ensuring all repairs meet rigorous quality and safety standards.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of CNC machining centers.

Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Ability to manage field service projects independently with a focus on problem-solving.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Experience with advanced diagnostic tools and PLC troubleshooting.

Prior experience in a customer-facing field service role.

Technical certification or degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
