Shared Living Provider - Independent Contractor
Salary Range: $31,400 - $67,200
*Must live in state of Kansas*
As a Professional Family provider, you can be your own boss, work from your home, and help create a meaningful and rewarding lifestyle for an individual with I/DD and your family.
GoodLife’s Professional Family Model (PFM) is a highly specialized and well-compensated “host” or Shared Living strategy for providing care for one or two adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. GoodLife contracts with an individual or family, called a Professional Family, to provide room, board, transportation, and daily living support (become an extended/host family) for one or two individuals in your home. Attractive stipends are paid bi-monthly, per placement, and are tax-free.
No experience is required! GoodLife provides Professional Families with extensive training and ongoing assistance and support. We will support you with training in advance so you feel prepared to start your new career as a Professional Family. Our specialized matching process ensures that parents and guardians, our Professional Family Teachers, and the person served, all benefit from becoming an extended family.
Are you ready to make a meaningful difference by supporting and caring for an individual with needs while working from home and achieving a work-life balance? If so, please contact us today!
