Caregiver (Weekend Availability Required)

Weekend availability is required for this position. Additional day, evening, overnight, and weekday shifts may be available based on your availability and service area.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands

Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

Observe and report changes in a client's condition or well-being

Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
Qualifications

Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy

Ability to accurately document care and communicate with supervisors

Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English to effectively communicate with clients, families, and staff

Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
