Job Title: Crew Member
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Provid fast, friendly service and preparing high-quality food while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Must be dependable, on time and ready to work each shift. Strong work ethic required!
All employees will work as cashier, fryer, steam table, sandwich prep, & other areas as trained.
Essential:
- Must be dependable. On time and ready to work for each shift.
- Must be prepared to keep all workspaces clean and organized at all times.
- Cleaning up throughout shift: counters, floors, kitchen equipment, dishes, and remove trash.
- Must demonstrate strong work ethic. (no standing around when there are tasks to complete)
- Must be very friendly and greet customers with a welcoming attitude.
- Must be 17 years old and have a Driver's License and reliable transportation.
EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIORS:
- Must have a team mentality with your co-workers
- Must have neat and clean hygiene.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Other Key Functions:
- Monitor and restock food line throughout shift.
- Check in and put away food deliveries from vendors.
- Prepare a quality finished product, quickly and accurately with each order.
- Work multiple stations (store opening, prep, cashier, fryer, dressing, closer, etc.)
- Food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking menu items.
- Prepare recipe items as needed.
- Operate cash register: follow all cash handling procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
- Must be able to exert a quick pace.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Will need to reach, bend, stoop, and carry.
- Able to work in both warm and cool environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
