About the Role
Class Kills is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand & Digital Designer to help shape the next phase of our brand. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with approximately 2 years of professional experience who wants to take ownership of a growing company's visual identity and marketing presence.
You'll work directly with leadership to keep our websites, customer portals, social media, email marketing, and digital assets fresh while helping create new campaigns, graphics, UI concepts, and marketing materials that bring the Class Kills brand to life.
Responsibilities
- Design graphics for web, social media, email, and print
- Maintain and update company websites and customer portals
- Design landing pages and marketing campaigns
- Assist with UI/UX design for internal and customer-facing applications
- Develop brand assets and maintain visual consistency
- Create presentations, sales materials, and event marketing collateral
- Collaborate with leadership on new products and brand initiatives
- Help manage outbound marketing and digital communications
Qualifications
- Approximately 2+ years of graphic design or digital marketing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern branding and digital design
- Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Familiarity with social media marketing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for creating polished, modern user experiences
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics
- Photography or video editing
- AI-assisted design workflows (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
- UI/UX experience
- Event, hospitality, or entertainment industry experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,682.03 per year
