```Duties```
- Monitor children while in the classroom and outside
- Communicate with parents/families about their child's day
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Implement educational activities and materials
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
- Attend meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay updated on teaching methods and strategies
- Assist the lead teacher in the classroom
-Follow lesson plans and provide developmentally appropriate activities
```Skills```
- Experience working with preschool or early childhood education is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment
- Passion for educating and inspiring students of all ages
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Experience working with children and understanding their developmental stages
