Pay
$12.00 per hour + shared tips
Employment Types
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Part-Time: Hours vary based on availability and business needs
- Workdays and shifts are scheduled according to restaurant needs
Restaurant Hours
Daily, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM.
Candidates must be available for evening, weekend, and closing shifts. Front-of-house employees must report 10 minutes before their scheduled shift.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders and respond to guest requests
- Maintain clean tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow restaurant service, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Able to commute consistently to the Allen location
- Available for evening, weekend, and closing shifts
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding restaurant environment
- Willing to learn and follow company procedures
- Previous restaurant or serving experience is preferred but not required
Career Development
Part-time Servers may apply for full-time opportunities based on performance and business needs.
Qualified full-time Servers may be considered for Shift Lead development. Advancement is based on performance, reliability, training completion, and business needs and is not guaranteed.
Selected candidates will be invited to complete a brief online pre-interview orientation and a 10-question assessment before an in-person interview.
