What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC/R systems
- Handle calls independently
- Communicate clearly with customers and team
- Document work (notes, photos, recommendations)
- Identify repair vs replacement opportunities
Non-Negotiables
- 5+ years COMMERCIAL HVAC/R experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Can run calls without supervision
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
- Own tools
- Professional communication
