Empower crew members by building confidence and recognizing their strengths

Take ownership of daily operations and drive results

Ensure high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)

Keep both team members and guests safe by following procedures

Assist with inventory and keep the restaurant well-stocked

Train, coach, and develop team members for future leadership roles

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with care

Communicate openly and lead by example
What We’re Looking For

18 years or older
-
Previous leadership experience is a plus (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
-
Strong communication and people skills
-
A team-first mindset and positive attitude
-
Someone who leads with integrity and encourages others
-
A desire to grow, develop, and take the next step in leadership
Pay & Growth Opportunities
-
Training wage: $15/hour
-
$20/hour within 30 days after completing crew training and verification
-
$25/hour within 3 months after completion of Shift Leader program and verification
-
+ $3.20/hour shift differential for overnight hours (11 PM – 4 AM)
