A respected public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to take on a key leadership role within the organization. This is a career-defining opportunity with strong upside into ownership and firm leadership.

Manage and review complex tax engagements

Oversee compliance and planning across multiple client industries

Provide guidance on multi-state and indirect tax matters

Mentor and develop junior staff
-
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

CPA preferred
-
Strong tax experience in public accounting

Audit background is a plus
Hands-on experience with:

Nexus analysis
-
Sales & use tax
-
Real estate tax
-
Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Base Salary: $160K – $200K
Bonus: Discretionary
Medical & Dental: 80% covered for employee
401(k): 3% match
Profit Sharing: 2% (funded consistently for over a decade)
