Schedule
- Standard Hours: One daily shift, generally between 7:00–8:00 AM and 4:00–5:00 PM
(Times are approximate; no formal time clock system is in place.)
- Overtime: Occasionally required during customer interventions; no night shifts expected
- Weekends:
- Emergency interventions may occasionally extend into Saturday or Sunday
- Standard installations follow a Monday–Friday schedule
- For overseas or long-distance assignments, technicians may be required to remain on-site over the weekend, even if not actively working
- On average, travel may require being away 1–2 weekends per month

This role focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of advanced freeze-drying equipment used in industrial and pharmaceutical environments. Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of freeze-drying equipment
- Troubleshoot system errors and failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites
- Assist with equipment production, testing, and customer support when not traveling
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records
- Provide on-call technical support per service agreements
- Represent the company professionally at all customer locations
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical certificate in electro-mechanical or process disciplines OR an Associate degree in a technical field with 3–5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Understanding of control systems, including PC- and PLC-based architectures
- Experience installing, commissioning, and maintaining complex industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and drawings
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Willingness to travel extensively and provide on-call support as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in FDA-regulated or other highly controlled environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, etc.)
- Familiarity with freeze-drying processes
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and long-term customer satisfaction
