The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the Senior Manager of Property Management Assets, who manage Publix’s controlled and managed real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities include:

Coordinating daily real estate matters and exterior property duties for Publix-owned and controlled locations for routine and non-routine repairs

Provide daily support to the Senior Manager of Property Management and the Regional Property Specialist – Assets in managing real estate and property management responsibilities for all Publix-controlled locations. Additionally, assist other team members with maintenance reports and other daily tasks as needed.

Coordinating the training of existing associates on new processes, as well as onboarding and training schedules for new associates

Maintaining the property management SharePoint page and the access provided to various business parties
