Responsibilities
- Assist clients by explaining immigration options, requirements, and procedures clearly and thoroughly
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, petitions, and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on current immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes to provide accurate guidance
- Coordinate with government agencies, legal teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth application processing
- Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and develop personalized immigration strategies
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, application statuses, and compliance documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally
Skills
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures across various visa categories
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex information clearly and empathetically
- Technical proficiency with case management software and online application portals
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail and organization
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- First aid knowledge and CPR certification are advantageous for emergency situations during client interactions or site visits
- Valid driving license and driving skills to facilitate client meetings or document collection when necessary
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
