Live-In Housekeeper & Cook — Part-Time

Overview
A professional homeowner and grandfather is seeking a trustworthy, organized live-in Housekeeper and Cook for his two-story home in San Ramon. The household is quiet. The homeowner runs a real estate investment business from home conducted primarily by phone (2–3 hours per day), with no client foot traffic, contractors, or clients coming through during the day. One part-time assistant is on-site Mondays for approximately 4 hours.
This is a part-time, live-in position ideal for someone who values comfortable private housing alongside meaningful work. Full schedule, weekly stipend, and additional details will be reviewed with qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Cooking
- Prepare approximately 3 brunches and 3 dinners per week (6 meals total).
- Set the table; clean the kitchen and dishes after meals.
Housekeeping
- Light indoor cleaning.
- Household laundry.
- Occasional light outdoor tasks such as sweeping patios (not regular grounds maintenance).

Compensation & Schedule
- Weekly stipend (to be discussed with qualified candidates).
- Part-time hours, with regular evening presence in the home expected as part of the live-in arrangement.
Household Policy
To maintain a quiet, secure environment, this is a single-occupancy arrangement with a strict no-guest policy. No pets. Non-smoking household.
