As a Project Accountant at AMS, you're the financial thread that runs through every project we deliver. Out of our Schererville, IN facility, reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll work closely with team members throughout the organization to effectively support the accounting function and financial reporting process from project open through completion.
You'll generate customer invoices, lien waivers, and billing paperwork, open new jobs in the accounting system, and attend project manager meetings to assist with financial reporting. The role also includes coding and data entry of subcontract invoices, issuing Certificates of Insurance, and functioning as a liaison between accounting personnel and others within the organization.
