Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, process shipping & sales transactions, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, clean and organized. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service, effective communication skills, attention to detail and ability to follow process and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, educate them on our products & service options and assist with sales, services, shipping and packaging needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using appropriate workflows and cash handling procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively service customers.
- Ensure that merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed according to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Customer service or retail sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures preferred
- Ability to sell products and process transactions while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Must be Responsible, Reliable and Dependable.
- Must have a positive, welcoming and friendly personality and demeanor.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Must to be available to work closing shift, Saturdays and Sundays
