Pay: $20–$22 per hour
TLC Family Care is hiring dependable and caring Babysitters and Childcare Providers to provide in-home childcare for families throughout the Chicago Northwest Suburbs, including the Palatine area.
Pay & Benefits

Schedule
We're looking for caregivers who can:
- Work at least 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday)
- Be available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Work 8–10 hour shifts
- Commit for at least 3 months
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, in-home childcare
- Plan fun and age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and daily routines
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Support children's learning and development through play
- Communicate with parents throughout the day
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, preschool, camp counselor, or similar)
- Two professional childcare references
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional, dependable, and caring attitude
