Principal Product Manager
As Bayer Crop Science's digital farming arm, we advance regenerative agriculture and technology breakthroughs using the latest agronomic science, data science, engineering, and real-world farming experience. With groundbreaking technologies like FieldView our team is a part of some of the most important advancements in ag.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for bringing Bayer Digital Farming’s FieldView product vision to fruition across delivery lifecycle of our digital product. Your impact will range from conducting discovery on key business outcomes to breaking down work into globally scalable capabilities that solve our users’ pain points while satisfying the needs of our business.

Craft durable, scalable, global product capabilities that solve problems in a way that is technically feasible, user desirable, and business viable
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $120k-180k. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive program (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
