Job Responsibilities:
- Generates equipment and parts quotes
- Creates purchase orders
- Backup customer contact for RMA's, purchase orders (parts, service & accessories)
- Data entry and management by utilizing ERP's service module
- Provides basic customer support via phone and e-mail (nurtures and expands relationships with existing accounts through proactive support)
- Administrative support of sales, service and third-party partners
- Keeps sales department logs
- Assists with training presentations and scheduling as needed
- Service invoicing support
- Receives and administers software license requests
- Generates sales reports
