We’re hiring a Concrete Foreman who can run a crew, keep jobs moving, and deliver clean, high‑quality work. If you know concrete and know how to lead, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise crew
- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment
- Keep jobs on schedule and up to quality standards
- Communicate with customers, office, inspectors, and subs
- Oversee forming, rebar, pouring, finishing, curing
What You Need:
- 15+ years concrete foreman experience
- Strong flatwork/forming/finishing skills
- Able to run equipment and direct a crew
- Solid communication and problem‑solving
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
