Position Overview:
As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of Firehouse Subs, ensuring each guest receives top-notch service and delicious subs. You'll work closely with your team to maintain our high standards and uphold our mission of supporting public safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Accurately prepare and assemble food orders to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage cash accurately.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer expectations.\
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and follow operational procedures.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
