The Hospital
This purpose-built, modern veterinary hospital provides extended-hours urgent care for dogs and cats seven days a week while actively expanding into comprehensive general practice services.
Current services include:
- Walk-in urgent care consultations
- Treatment of non-life-threatening emergencies
- Medical diagnostics
- Outpatient procedures
- Companion animal medicine
- Extended opening hours
- Compassionate client-focused care

As Medical Director, you'll have genuine influence over the clinical direction of the practice as it evolves into a full-service veterinary hospital.
The Role
Working closely with the Hospital Administrator and leadership team, you'll:
- Lead the clinical team
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians
- Develop medical protocols
- Drive hospital growth
- Maintain exceptional standards of medicine

- Support recruitment and professional development
- Help oversee the transition into a combined urgent care and general practice model
This role is ideal for a veterinarian with urgent care or emergency experience who enjoys leadership, mentoring and developing high-performing clinical teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $165,000-$185,000
- Quarterly production bonuses
