Duties
- Visit local businesses weekly to share about our services
- Develop and nurture relationships with wellness professionals in the community
- Conduct compelling product demos to showcase features, benefits, and clinical applications of our medical solutions
- Manage key accounts by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and detailed proposals using Microsoft Word
- Follow up with potential patient leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills—clear, persuasive, and professional in all interactions
- Demonstrated ability in account management and outside sales activities
- Technical sales experience with medical devices or healthcare products is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for analysis
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently
