We are looking for a part time Leasing Consultant for a property in the Kissimmee area.
Responsibilities
- Renting apartments, attending to prospects via phone, in person or via electronic mail, including resident activities and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Property Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining organization of the office, files, binders, etc. as needed.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a positive and professional manner, fill out welcome cards.
- Receive, maintain and organize all applications and resident files
- Process applications.
- Keep the resident referral updated.
- Turnover of units.
Skills
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Internet Usage
- Customer-focused approach.
- Highly motivated, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
