We are looking for a full-time morning Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, making reservations, and providing general information about the hotel. The successful candidate will be a friendly and professional individual who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with information about the hotel and its services.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
Pay: From $19.13 per hour
