Overview

Duties
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as AS400 to track stock levels and order status
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment, ensuring proper packaging according to product specifications and trade compliance standards
- Prepare shipments for domestic and international distribution by coordinating shipping logistics in accordance with international trade regulations
- Stock shelves efficiently, organize inventory using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) principles, and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist with order fulfillment processes including order picking, packing, and loading goods onto trucks for delivery or transfer
- Support shipping & receiving activities by inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, documenting discrepancies, and updating inventory records
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all operational procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes including order picking & packing, stock management, and shipping logistics
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms is a plus
- Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments efficiently
- Understanding of trade compliance and international trade regulations helps ensure adherence to legal standards during global shipments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and attention to detail
