Progress Speech and Language is a leading pediatric therapy center in Orange County where providing quality services is our commitment. We are currently recruiting a "Behavioral Technician" to join our multi-disciplinary Behavior Therapy program.
Responsibilities:
- You will be playing a crucial role in providing specialized mental health services to infants and toddlers who may be at risk for developmental delays. This means we need someone who is passionate and dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young children and their families.
- The majority of clients will be in-home clients meaning this position does require a hefty amount of driving.
- Collaborate with families to enhance communication and support strategies.
Must Haves:
- Willing to work within the greater Orange County
- Willing to travel in-home for client treatments
- Able to speak Spanish at a proficient/above conversational level
Nice to Have
- Experience working with infants and toddlers at the client's home
- Applied Behavior Analytics (ABA), Behavior Technician (BT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Early Interventionist experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelor's Degree
